I am very happy, and a little intimidated to start a wine blog. Why? Because just like many people the actual subject of Wine is exciting, and stuffy, and pretentious and … and .. and.. Well unless you just dive right in this barrel… you will never quite understand the exhilarating, brambly, swirly, bubbling life of one of the best gifts from some of The best stuff on earth! (Excuse me Snapple)
I am a wine Person. I am not a wine snob, nor am I an expert. I have however, fallen into a profession as a Personal Wine Advisor. I am certified under the WSET (Wine and spirits Education and Trust) I can go into that in a future post. I am a professional wine taster and sipper…swisher? and spatter? and I take out my pen and dabble my thoughts in ink and then give it a rating. In the end, I suggest some of the wines I have tried to people of all different backgrounds. – A personal Celler hand for the common person!
Anyway. I started this blog to have fun! I never knew that wine could be a passion the way it has become, and it has opened my life to so many opportunities in travel, food, and fashion (YES FASHION) and writing. After four years of describing wines in words on paper week after week, I thought it was fitting to do it for real.
This Blog is meant to be Fun, and educational, and a conversational hub for everyone- snobs and non snobs. This site is to open conversation and educated others on what is out there, what to look for, try, pair, and stare. Just enjoy it and see where it takes you! Just LIKE EACH SIP!
